拉米夫定治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨拉米夫定在治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎中的疗效及可行性。方法将2004年1月～2005年6月住院的慢性重型乙型肝炎患者37例,分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组13例,对照组24例,两组患者一般综合治疗基本相同,均接受甘利欣、促肝细胞生长素、新鲜血浆及人血白蛋白等基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用拉米夫定100mg口服,1次/d。结果拉米夫定治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,肝功能中总胆红素明显下降,同时凝血酶原活动度明显改善,均明显高于对照组。治疗组中84.6%的患者HBVDNA很快出现阴转。结论慢性重型乙型肝炎患者在以往基础综合治疗同时加用拉米夫定抗病毒治疗具有一定可行性,可以提高慢性重型乙型肝炎的治愈率。
