摘要
目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxiainduciblefactor-1α,HIF-1α)、IL-6在脑出血灶周的表达,并探讨其表达的意义。方法家兔28只,分为A、B、C、D4组,A组4只为对照组,B、C、D各8只,采用不同量的新鲜动脉血制作脑出血模型。应用免疫组化技术检测家兔脑出血模型灶周脑组织中HIF-1α、IL-6的表达。结果各组脑出血灶周组织中HIF-1α、IL-6的表达有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血灶周存在HIF-1α、IL-6表达,为判断脑出血灶周缺血半暗带的存在提供了依据;HIF-1α可能具有神经细胞保护作用。
Objective To evaluate expression of HIF-1α and IL-6 in perihematoma with intraeerebral hemorrhage in rabbits, and to explore their possible roles after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Expression of HIF-1α and IL-6 were assessed by immunohistoehemistry straining. Results The expression of HIF-1α and IL-6 protein among experimental groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）.Conclusion HIF-1α and IL-6 may play important roles in perihematoma with intraeerebral hemorrhage.
