免疫细胞化学在急性白血病免疫分型及骨髓转移癌鉴定中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨急性白血病(acuteleukemia,AL)免疫分型及肿瘤细胞骨髓转移的鉴定。方法:采用免疫细胞化学法,使用常规8种CD分子抗体和二种CK分子抗体,测定39例AL免疫表型和10例肿瘤细胞骨髓转移的免疫表达。结果:免疫分型与FAB形态学分型有较高的符合率,也存在CD抗原在淋系或髓系交叉或反向表达。3例AL应用FAB形态学难以定型的,应用免疫细胞化学得到了鉴定。10例肿瘤细胞骨髓转移应用免疫细胞化学得到了诊断。结论:应用免疫细胞化学可以弥补FAB形态学对白血病分型的不足,尤其是应用FAB形态学难以分型的AL及肿瘤细胞骨髓转移的鉴定,提高其诊断的准确性。 Objective: To study the determination of the acute leukemia(AL) immunotyping and the bone marrow' s(BM) metastatic tumor ceU.Methods:The immunotyping of 39 cases of acute leukemia and 10 cases of BM metastatic tumor cell were detected by immunocytochemistry, with 8 routine CD markers and 2 kinds of CK antibodies. Results: The immunotyping and FAB morphological classification manifested a high coincidental rate,but there existed CD antigen's cross and reversal phenomena in lymphatic system and bone marrow system. The 3 cases of acute leukmia difficult to type with FAB morphology were identified with immunocytochemistry. The 10 cases of BM metastatic tumor cell were also diagnosed with the immunocytochemistry. Conclusions: The insufficiency in leukemia typing with FAB morphology, especially the acute leukemia and bone marrow metastatic tumor cell which are difficult to type with FAB morphology, can be supplemented with immunocytochemistry.
