The article introduces the status of China's oil & gas industry from following aspects: management mechanism,industrial structure,technological development and physical distribution.It also expatiates on opening situation of China's oil & gas market since her WTO entry.Finally,it forecasts the development prospect of(China')s oil & gas industry in future.
