摘要
本文详细考查了X-5树脂固相萃取分离和纯化血中药物所涉及到的各种因素的变化对药物回收率的影响,在此基础上建立了X-5树脂固相萃取结合毛细管气相色谱筛选血中安眠镇静类药物的方法。
Newly developed macroreticular resin X-5 has been used as adsorbent in the solid-phase extraction of unknown drugs in human plasma or urine in our laboratory for years, the paper presented here discussed the dependences of drug recoveries on main factors (such as solvent, amount of solvent, amount of resin, drug concentration, etc) involved in the solid-phase extraction process. A rapid drug screening method for 24 sedative, hypnotic and anticonvulsant drugs in human plasma using X-5 extraction was described, the linearity (r>0.99), relative recoveries (93.6%~106.9%) and precision (RSD: 3.46%~7.74%) were satisfactory for the clinical toxicological applications.
