摘要
探讨了图书馆法调整对象中国家和图书馆、图书馆与知识受众之间的权利义务关系,并就图书馆法的民事责任提出了自己的看法。
This paper has discussed the relationship of the right and responsibility between the state and library, and between library and reader in the adjustment object of the library law, and put forward the author＇ s opinion on civil responsibility in library law.
