摘要
通过对少儿图书馆全体馆员和少儿读者有效实施人本管理,从而使全体馆员能够以主人翁的姿态,爱岗敬业,无私奉献,在创造社会价值的同时实现自我人生价值,充分发挥潜能,热情为少儿读者服务,让少儿读者在图书馆感觉象家一样温暖,真正享受阅读的乐趣,在获得知识的同时也能受到教育,从而成为社会有用之人。
Through management based on the interest of librarians and readers in children library, the writer hopes that the librarians could love their own jobs and serve readers with warm heart, so that the readers could feel very easy while enjoying reading.
