摘要
目的利用组建PACS系统一年多的经验,对医学影像存储与管理系统中集中出现的问题进行分析,并根据具体情况提出合理的解决方案。方法采用大量数据分析各类主流存储技术优缺点。采用光纤接口&SCSI硬盘驱动器以解决影像资料的海量存储及存储设备的传输速度问题。增加千兆交换设备,分散网络访问,均衡网络负荷,充分利用网络带宽资源。结果更新了PACS系统数据资料的海量存储,对国内PACS发展中出现的两个集中问题的解决做出相应的解决方法,为提高整个PACS的发展作贡献。结论在医院不断发展的过程中,对于PACS系统的建设需要做出长远的考虑。海量存储及网络访问结构的需要随着医院的发展而不断提高,完善存储系统保障数据的安全可靠,完善网络访问结构以提高医院整个系统工作的效率。
Purpose With the experience, analyze the PACS issues and prepare suitable upgrade solution. Method Survey and analyze the main storage technology, choose fiber interface and SCSI hard disk as huge storage to improve transfer speed. Add 1000M switch to distribute data access, balance network load to improve network usage. Result Upgrade Storage Sub-System of PACS, give an successful sample for storage and speed needed during hospital PACS development in China. Conclusion During hospital's development, it is necessary to make the long- term layout of PACS. The Storage Sub-System meets the upgrade with the hospital' s development in order to improve the productivity of data storage, liability, security continuously.
