摘要
针对目前装甲车辆使用的单一28V低压直流供电体制,采用270V体制、智能配电和综合电子技术对现存车辆供电体制进行改进.其技术包括:高压无刷直流发电机起动及优化、及其数字化控制、DC/DC双向变换器控制、蓄电池充放电工作模式及电池监控、电源综合管理、DC/AC交换器容错、交流伺服数字化炮控系统等。
Aiming at the power supply system with single 28V low voltage direct current for being armored vehicle, the power supply system of being armored vehicle was improved with 270V system, intelligent distribution, integration electronic technologies etc. The technology includes the starting and optimization of high voltage brushless DC generator, its digitalization control, control of DC/DC bidirection converter, charge and discharge working module of accumulator and its monitoring, the integrated management of power supply, fault-tolerance technology for DC/AC converter, and AC servo digitalization control system for artillery.
