B型利钠肽与慢性肾脏疾病患者心血管疾病及心功能的关系 被引量:2

摘要 B-型利钠肽是心肌细胞分泌的一种多肽类神经激素,具有利钠、扩血管、抑制RAAS系统,抑制ox-LDL介导的冠状动脉平滑肌细胞增生和迁移从而具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。在慢性肾功能不全患者中能够作为一个独立评价心功能的指标,并能判断其预后及指导治疗。目前心血管疾病已成为慢性肾脏疾病患者高发及主要的死亡原因,检测BNP对CKD患者CVD的早期诊治、降低病人的死亡率可能具有重要意义。
