摘要
介绍金属燃油箱及塑料燃油箱的特性、应用范围及发展趋势;介绍按照GB18296-2001《汽车燃油箱安全性能要求和试验方法》标准进行的金属燃油箱的振动试验方法及塑料油箱的耐火性试验方法;探讨金属燃油箱振动试验过程中,不同品种的金属燃油箱出现的不同共振现象及对测试结果产生的影响,笔者认为使用采集路谱并在试验室复现的振动试验方法评价金属燃油箱的方法更为接近实际;GB18296-2001《汽车燃油箱安全性能要求和试验方法》标准中关于塑料燃油箱耐火性试验的内容引自ECER34-1979版的标准,随着ECER34-2000更新版的出现,笔者建议我国现行标准也应随之更新以保持与ECE同步。

Fire resistance test method of plastic fuel tank in GB 18296-2001“Safety property requirements and test methods for automobile fuel tank” is reference to ECE R34-1979. ECE R34 had already revised in 2000. Writer suggests the standard we used could been updated and synchronized with the ECE standard.
