摘要
我国是世界上栽培油菜历史较早的国家之一。本文根据大量史料对我国古代油菜,即白菜类型油菜(北方小油菜,南方油白菜)和芥菜类型油菜(大叶芥油菜,细叶芥油菜)的名实进行了考订,探讨了它们的种类、起源与栽培发展。
The name You Cai in Chinese includes several species of Brassica in Cruciferae. This paper gives a brief survey of each kind of You Cai growing in ancient China, especially name, origin and cultivation.
