摘要
为解决我国长江、淮河流域红麻主产区春播能留种,大面积夏播不早花且纤维相对高产问题,在我国拥有的红麻育种材料中发现了15份现蕾开花期对光长变化钝感的材料:纯感材料在短光下第一朵花节位在19~37节之间,播种至始花在80~105天之间,变异丰富。其中1份材料在正常生长季节表现早熟,其余晚熟,敏感材料在短光下的始花节位在8~11节之间,始花时间比钝感材料提前28~58天。经遗传分析,钝感对敏感表现为隐性,且由一对主基因控制。在部分杂交组合后代选到了在正常生长季节春播能收种、夏播不早花的高产优良钝感单株(系),为解决我国大部分红麻区留种与纤维高产问题展示了良好前景。可用以选育在长江流域春播不早蕾早花、又可纤维、种子兼收的中熟高产钝感品种,在北方不早花且纤维高产的麦茬麻。
15 entries of kenaf materials in which the flowering period was insensitive to shortdaylight have been isolated. Under the condition of shortdaylight in Sanya (N18. 2? winter, the first flower of the insensitive materials bore at the 19th to 37th nodes and that of sensitive materials at the 8 th to lith nodes. The flowering time of the insensitives delayed 28-58 days than that of the sensitives in shortdaylight. One of 15 insensitives was an early mature material, and others late in normal season of kenaf zone.The sensitivity was dominant over the insensitivity and controlled by a main gene. Some good insensitive individuals or lines, of which the days from sowing to flower begining were 130 -140 days in spring sowing and 115 -130 or more in summer sowing, have been selected from the progenies of crosses. It shows that the contradiction of seed multiplying and high fiber yield in a great part of kenaf zone (N28-33? can be solved via the genetic improvement of varieties.
