摘要
牧草种子质量的监督检验在我国是８０年代才开始的，目前仍处于起步阶段。由于牧草种子的特殊性，与其它产品相比，对象的复杂性、检验的时间性、较强的经验性和工作的艰巨性为其检验的特点。健全牧草种子质量监督检验网络、研究和应用检验新技术、加强牧草种子标准的制定和检验人员素质的培养与提高，则是牧草种子质量监督检验的当务之急。
The supervising and
inspecting of herbage seed qtiality,at present,was at the initial stage as in beganouly in the
1980s in our country.Compared with other products,herbage seeds were very
special.Complicated object,timely inspection,tremendous work and experienced methods
constituted the characteristic of inspecting work.The urgent task,including establishing the
network of inspection organizations,studying and applying new techniques,improving the
laying down standard of herbage seeds and training of inspecting worker,must be done at
present.
