摘要
TD I生产工艺是最复杂的化工生产工艺流程之一。该文主要介绍TD I生产工艺中分离工段的动态仿真。该仿真对TD I各分离塔在一定的简化假设的基础上建立了动态仿真机理模型,保证了仿真结果的适应性和外推性。在求解相平衡常数过程中采用了双层法思想,以简化模型和严格模型分别做内外两层迭代计算,很好地解决了动态模拟中精度与速度难以兼得的问题,仿真效果好。此研究成果已经成功地运用于某化工厂对员工的上岗操作培训,培训效果显著。
TDI process is one of the most complex chemical processes in the world. This paper studies the separation process with highly non - ideal materials and establishes a dynamic fractionating tower model through establishing model of equilibrium flash vaporization. This paper also presents a “two - tier approach” concept to simulate the process in a real - time speed. This concept is based on both simplified model and rigorous model and has a satisfactory precision and feasibility. By using this concept and technique, a dynamic real - time simulator has been developed for the whole process of the TDI in the chemical plant.
