AbstractA new automatic mesh generation algorithm for producing triangular Six-node elements of a three-dimensional surfaces is proposed. The rules relating to nodes and elements generation are described. A new method for generating fine meshes in Some regions of sub-regions is also given. Two typical examples are employed to illustrate the algorithm.
