摘要
为了达到颈椎术后外固定牢靠舒适的目的，设计了骨科用可调式颈椎固定器，临床应用１２８例，其中颈椎病前后路手术７１例，颈椎骨折脱位２７例，颈椎间盘脱出２２例，各种原因引起的颈椎不稳８例，结果：植骨块愈合率１００％，皮肤压疮５例，占４％，较石膏固定的压疮发生率低。提示：该固定器可以根据人体形态不同及病变不同进行调节，固定安全可靠，使用方便，便于清洗，值得推广。
An adjustable cervical external fixator had been designed in order to give the effect of stable comfortable external fixation after cervical spine surgery.The fixator had been used in 128 cases,in 71 cases of postoperation of cervical spondrlosis cases,in 27 cases of fracture and dislocation of the cervical vertebra,in 22 cases herniation of cervical intervertebral disc and 8 cases of instability due to various reasons.The results showed that the union rate of the bone grafting was 100%.Pressure sore occured in 5 cases(4%).This was lower than that which occurred in the cases treated with the fixation with plaster.It is concluded that this fixator can be adjusted according to the different type of human body and the disease of the patient. It is easy to use and wash,and is worth spreading.
