摘要
目的评价外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术治疗先天性青光眼的疗效.方法对30例(52眼)先天性青光眼施行外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术,术后对眼压、角膜横径、眼底(C/D)、滤过泡、并发症等进行随访观察.结果术后10 d,52只眼眼压均降至正常.术后随访25例43只眼,随访时间3～36个月,平均30个月.眼压控制率93%,4只眼压控制良好的眼术后眼底杯盘比值缩小.术中常见并发症为前房出血,1～6 d内完全吸收,对手术效果无影响.结论外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术治疗先天性青光眼手术成功率高,并发症少,易推广.
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of external trabe culotomy with trabeculectomy in the treatment of congenital glaucoma. Methods 30 cases （52 eyes）of congenital glaucoma were performed with external trabeculotomy combined with trabeculectomy. The period of follow-up was 3 - 36 months. The tension controll rate, corneal diameter,C/D, fiheringbleb and complication were analysed. Results After operations the tension in 52 eyes had turned down to normal 10 days after operation. The tension of 43 eyes（25 cases） were controlled in normal rate in the following up 3 - 36 months. The rate of tension control was 93 % . （40/43） the C/D of 4 eyes which the tension was well controlled after operation decreased. The common complication with operation was a small amount of hyphema of which the majority was totally resolved with in 1 - 6 days and was consequent to the final outcome. Conclusion External trabeculotomy and trabeculectomy is a safe and effective method for congenital glaucoma.
