摘要
在当今的ＣＩＭＳ中所采用的递阶控制结构中存在许多问题．为了提高系统的效率、柔性、容错性、可靠性和开放性，分布式控制结构得到越来越高度的重视．本文分析了传统的ＣＩＭＳ中的多层递阶结构，讨论了一些在ＣＩＭＳ中常用的分布式制造模式，如精益生产、智能制造系统、生物型制造系统、单元制造系统、独立制造岛和协同制造系统等．并简要地描述了分布式ＣＩＭＳ的基本结构．
There are a lot problems in the hierarchical control strucure adopted in present CIMS.In order to raise the efficiency, flexibility, faulttolerant), reliability and openness,the greater and greater attention is paid on to the distributed control structure.In this paper, the problems in the traditional multi-layers hierarchical control structure of CIMS is analyzed.The distributed muanufacturing modes commonly used in CIMS are discussed such as Lean Production, Intelligent Manufacturing System, BioticType Manufacturing System, Cellar Manufacturing System, Independent Manufacturing Island and Heterarchical Manufacturing System. The basic structure of distributed CIMS is described briefly.
