子宫内膜异位症患者血清及腹腔液中细胞因子水平测定及临床评价 被引量:1

摘要 腹腔中巨噬细胞分泌的细胞因子参与改变腹腔环境的免疫动态平衡,对子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症,EMs)的发生、发展有重要影响.本研究通过测定内异症患者腹腔液及血清中白细胞介素8(IL-8),肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及转化生长因子(TGF-β1)的含量,探讨其与内异症发病的关系.
