介绍了在南京钢铁集团公司、马鞍山钢铁公司投产的铁水预处理喷镁脱硫站的工艺技术及设备特点,主要技术参数和功能原理。阐述了该项技术装备研制的实施效果,对冶炼品种钢、提高精炼比具有积极的意义。
The characteristics of technology and equipment, the main parameter and function principle for iron-pretreated single blow magnesium desulfurization station of molten iron pretreatment at Nansteel and Masteel are introduced. The applying effects of this technology and equipment are elaborated. This technology and equipment have active signification for smelting quality steel and increasing refining ratio.
