摘要
从番荔枝科紫玉盘属植物光叶紫玉盘（ＵｖａｒｉａｂｏｎｉａｎａＦｉｎｅｔ．）的地上茎分离出４种单ＴＨＦ环型番荔枝内酯类成分，经光谱分析，鉴定其中３种为新化合物，分别命名为ｕｖａｒｉｂｏｎｏｎｅ（Ｉ），ｕｖａｒｉｂｏｎｉｎ（ＩＩ）和ｕｖａｒｉｂｅｎｉａｎｉｎ（ＩＩＩ），另一种为已知化合物ｓｏｌａｍｉｎ（ＩＶ）。
Three new annonaceous acetogenms,named uvarjbnone(I), uvarjbonin(II)and uvaribonianin(III), along with the known solamin have been isolated from the ethanol extract of thestem of Uvaria boniana Finet.Their structures were established besed on spectral analysis,among whichall the three new compounds belong to the mono- THF clasS with an acetoxy, instead of the usualhydroxyl group ,flanking the THF ring on the lactone side as well as the same relativestereochemistry l namely threo -transorytheo configuration for the THF moiety.
