摘要
氢同位素氘对大鼠体重和血清 T_3、T_4影响的研究结果表明,IDD病区对照组大鼠在饲养至第三个月时,出现了活动迟缓、体重下降.至第四个月时,血清 T_3、T_4具有下降趋势等甲状腺功能低下现象,而饮水氘试验组与非病区对照组大鼠在饲养期间均正常。说明提高碘缺乏病区饮水氘含量在机体吸碘不足的情况下,能抑制机体机能活性,使代谢减缓,需碘量相对减少,从而使大鼠保持了正常的甲状腺功能。
Through the study of the D which is the isotope of Hydrogen on the weight and serum T_3、T_4 of rat- s,the results showed that rats of control group in the IDD area began to get movement retard and de- crease weight when they were raised to the third month old.At the fourth month,the serum T_3 and T_4 of rats decreased with some other hypothyroid phenomenon.But those of rats were normal of test group with D in drinking water and control group in iodine sufficient area.This indicated that improving the D content in drinking water in IDD area could inhibit the organism function and activity,decrease the metabolism,reduce the need of iodine and keep the thyroid function of rats normal on the condition of organism insufficiiently iodine absorbing.
