摘要
在低酚棉初花期,喷施一定浓度的助壮素(DPC)控制生长势过旺,盛花结铃期喷施4种不同浓度赤霉素(GA3),研究DPC-GA3配合应用对低酚棉成铃、纤维品质及生理的影响.结果表明,DPC-GA3配合应用可减少蕾铃脱落,提高棉株中、下部果枝结铃比例以及内围和外围果节结铃率,增加单株结铃数,对纤维品质也有一定改善作用.在生理效应上,DPC-GA3配合应用有助于增强低酚棉根系活力,提高功能叶的净光合强度,促进茎皮中贮存的可溶性糖外运和利用,增加结实器官中光合产物积累的比例,提高功能叶过氧化物酶(POD)活性,使棉株健壮生长,从而有利于提高结铃率。
This research deals with the boll forming,fiber quality and physiological effect of glandiess cotton sprayed with 50 mg/L DPC at the early bloom stage and four defferent concentrations of GA 3 during the fullbloom stage. The results show as follows:DPC GA 3 increased the boll porportion of fruit branch of middle part and low part as well as bolling parcecentage of outer fruit sites of cotton,enhanced the number of bolls per plant and improved fiber quality. As for physiological effect,DPC GA 3 stimulate the root development and root viger, sthance net photosynthesis in the functional leaf,promote soluble sugar out transport and utilization,increase photosynthetic material accumulation in the fruiting organs,eahance POD activity in the functional leaf. So it improves the number of bolls and fiber quality of glandless cotton.
