摘要
介绍了MCS-51系列中的8031单片机和80C31单片机掉电信号的检测方法和掉电保护措施。文中着重分析了8031单片机内部RAM及外部RAM掉电保护电路的原理和特性,并给出了实用的掉电保护电路及其程序框图。
The detection of power failure signal and power outage protection for 8031 80C31 single chip computers in MCS-51 series are introduced. An analysis on the principle and features of the power protection circuit for internal and external RAMs is presented emphatically. The practical protcction circuit and program flowchart are also given.
