摘要
阐述了智能式仪表故障自诊断的设计目标、故障分析方法、自诊断程序以及仪表微处理器故障的诊断措施等。文中以B7103-2型微气流测试仪为例,着重对诊断ROM的双字节累加法、诊断RAM的反码校验法、诊断CPU的功能块测试法等均作了简要说明。
The deaign goal of self diagnostics of intelligent instruments, failure analysis, diagnostics program and fault detection method for the built-in microprocessors are described. With B7103 -2 Type micro gas flow tester as an example, the dual-byte accumulation for RAM check, the complement calibration for ROM check and the function block testing for CPU diagnostics are presented briefly.
