摘要
目的:探讨影响鼻出血介入栓塞治疗DSA图像质量因素。方法:使用GELCV+数字减影血管造影系统,对8例鼻出血患者进行DSA检查,选择合适的技术参数、造影方法等进行检查。结果:通过选择合适技术参数、造影方法等各种功能和技术的合理应用,图像质量甲级片率达83%,合理使用技术参数、造影方法等各种功能和技术对提高图像质量帮助很大。
Objective To study the affecting factors of DSA image quality in the embolization of eplstaxis. Methods Eight patients with epistaxis were checked by GE LCV 4- DSA.Approplated technique parameters and angiograph m vthods were selected. Conclusions The images A rates are about 80%, with adapted appropriated technique parmeters and angiograph method. Good parameters and methods may improved the images quality.
