摘要
锋尚以科技创新为手段,不仅实现了节约能源,而且提高了居住的健康性和舒适性,并使投入及使用成本具备了良好的经济性,在中国及国际上开创了多项第一。经过国家建筑工程质量监督检验中心一年的跟踪检测,结果证明完全达到高舒适度低能耗的设计目标。本文介绍其科技创新要点。
Not only energy saving but also healthy and comfortable inhabitation h as been realized in Fengshang International Mansions by means of scientific and technical innovations. Furthermore, it was economical in invest and cost, making multiple number one in China and the world. It had reached the design goal of h igh comfortable inhabitation and low energy consumption after one year's inspect by the Construction Quality Surveillance and Inspection Center of the State. Sc ientific and technical innovations were introduced in the paper.
