摘要
盘型悬式绝缘子自动胶装机的设计包括机械系统设计、气压传动控制设计。基于盘型悬式绝缘子产品胶装装配质量的要求,采用单工位、平开气手指、气体振动器组合胶装装配方案。对各部技术细节及指标进行了进一步论证和结构确定。胶装机电气控制系统采用可编程逻辑控制器。
The main content of this subject is to design disc suspension insulators assembly station. The design includes the mechanical design and the atmospheric pressure transmission design. By the project design, the technique details and indexes are further demonstrated and the structure is conformed. The electronic control system of assembly station applies PLC （Programmable Logic Controller）.
