摘要
为了探讨非溃疡性消化不良（ｎｏｎ－ｕｌｃｅｒｄｙｓｐｅｐｓｉａ，ＮＵＤ）患者的胃电图和双核素标记胃排空特性，以及它们在ＮＵＤ诊断中的相关性，用这两种方法对２０例健康人和２７例ＮＵＤ患者进行了研究。在此首次引入了峰值时间、恢复时间、餐后振幅降低率及节律紊乱率等参数。结果显示：ＮＵＤ患者与对照组相比，节律紊乱率、恢复时间和餐后振幅降低率显著增高并延长（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＮＵＤ患者固相胃排空较对照组显著延长（Ｐ＜０．０５）。胃电图和胃排空无明显相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示：ＮＵＤ患者存在胃电和胃排空异常，它们之间无相关性。
Non-ulcerdyspepsia(NUD)isverycommonincommunitypopulation.However,itspathogenesiswascontroversial,particularlywithrespecttomotilitydisorder.Inthisstudyelectrogas-trogram(EGG)andgastricemptyingrate(GER)byusingSPECTtechnique(testmeallabeledwith99mTc-PHYand113In-DTPA)werecariedoutinhealthysubjectsand27NUDpatients.InEGGexamination,theauthorsfirstproposedfourparameters,i.e.peaktime(PT),returntime(RT),degenerationrate(DR)andarrhythemiarate(AR).ComparisonofEGGbetweenNUDpatientsandcontrolsshowedthatAR,RT,DRinNUDpatientsweresignificantlyhigherorlongerthantheseinthecontrols(P>0.05).SolidphaseGETinNUDpatientsweresignificantlydelayedthanthatinthecontrols.NosignificantcorelationwasfoundbetweenEGGandGET.AdelaygastricemptyingcannotbepredictedwithEGGexaminationonly.
