摘要
花键管挤压成形中挤压力的计算、失稳弯曲分析、摩擦及润滑方式的选择对分析挤压成形的可行性和花键成形过程分析很重要。本文通过对花键筒的成形方式选择和成形过程分析得出对不规则截面管件挤压变形过程中力的分析和计算方法。
During the extruding forming of spline tube, it is very important to calculate extruding pressure, do bending analysis of losing stability, and choose friction and lubricating mode for the feasibility analysis of extruding forming, as well as the process analysis of spline forming. In this paper, over the analysis of forming mode selection and forming process of spline tube, the pressure analysis and calculating method during extruding forming are provided for tubes with irregular sections.
