摘要
目的探讨青少年型青光眼的临床特点,手术疗效及并发症。方法对1993年11月～2004年12月我院所有手术治疗的68例(136眼)青少年开角型青光眼的临床表现,手术治疗情况进行了分析。结果122眼合并近视,占89.71%。术中及术后并发症为前房出血和术后浅前房.术后视力68眼有提高.49眼无变化,19眼下降。术后眼压<10mmHg 28眼,10～20mmHg97眼.21～25mmHg11眼。结论青少年近视或近视度数不断加深应注意警惕是否伴有青少年开角型青光眼。
Purpose The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical appearance, surgical effect and complication of juvenile glaucoma. Methods The clinical retrospective analysis was conducted on 68 patients （136 eyes） with juvenile glaucoma treated with operation between January 1993 and December 2004. Results In all patients, 122 eyes were myopia （89.71% ）. The complication were hyphema and shallow anterior chamber, After operation, visual acuity improved in 68 eyes; no changed in 49 eyes; worsen in 19 eyes. The intraocular pressure （IOP） of 28 eyes were lower thau 10 mmHg; 97 eyes were between 10 mmHg and 20 mmHg; 11 eyes were between 21 mmHg and 25 mmHg. Conclusion Juvenile myopia or progressive rapid myopia must be alerted whether or not they accompany with juvenile glaucoma. The choice of iocision location ought to be anterior. Better result will achieved with early surgical intervention.
