摘要
１９８８～１９９４年，利用蚜传、病毒提纯、浸出制片电镜观察和ＥＬＩＳＡ的酶结合抗体诊断等方法，对８０年代山西省冬麦区新出现的几种黄化型病毒病进行了致病毒种类的系统研究。排除了细菌鞭毛的干扰，确定为ＢＹＤＶ侵染所致，而不是小麦黄叶病病毒。
Several yellow virosis species that newly appeared in winter wheat region of Shanxi province (the north of China) in 1980's were systematically studied by the method of aphid transmission, electron microscope observation with making slice from viral purification and viral leaching and combining antigen diagnosis of ELISA enzyme etc. from 1988 to 1994. After dispeling interference of bacterial flagellum. the results showed that the pathogenicity is due to infection of BYDV and not BYLV.
