摘要
采用单个性信息素腺体的分析技术,研究了枣粘虫(AncylissatovaLiu)第一代雌成虫性信息素组分的精确比例。研究结果表明:枣粘虫的性信息素由4个组分组成,即E9-C12:0AC(Ⅰ)、Z9-C12:OAC(Ⅱ),7,-C12:OAC(Ⅲ)和Z7-C12:OAC(Ⅳ),各组分精确比例为Ⅰ:Ⅱ:Ⅲ:Ⅳ=52:35:6:7;E9/Z9的比例为60.9±7.8%E,E9/Z9比例的变异系数C.V=10.3%。定量研究结果表明,单雌性信息素腺体的含量平均为5.8±3.3ng,各组分的含量分别为3.02(Ⅰ),2.03(Ⅱ),0.35(Ⅲ),0.40ng(Ⅳ)。
Recently many reports demonstrated the importance of precise blending of sex pheromone components. The present study reports the results of determinating the precise blending of the sex pheromone components of Ancylis sativa Liu and individual variation within the population of sex pheromone chemical communication system using analytical technique of single pheromone glands. The analytical results of 47 single pheromohe glands showed the precise blending of 2 components, 60: 40 (E9-12: OAC: Z9-12: OAC), C. V= 9. 8% . The result showed that individual variation within the population is controlled within narrow limits.
