摘要
针对天铁高炉煤气洗涤水结垢原因做了详细分析,对高炉煤气洗涤水化学处理工艺做了介绍。采用絮凝-阻垢分散处理高锌煤气洗涤水可降低结垢速度。
The scaling reason of BF gas washing water in Tiantie Group Corporation is analyzed and the chemical treatment technique is introduced. Flocculation and antiscaling dispersion technique is used to treat the high zinc gas washings and the scaling speed is reduced.
