摘要
天铁高炉喷煤系统随着高炉扩容改造、富氧喷吹和风温水平的提高,喷煤能力不能满足生产需要,从2004年开始对现有的喷煤系统进行了双系列技术改造,使喷煤技术水平得到了全面提升,煤比达到了155kg/t·Fe,并具备了200kg/t·Fe的喷吹能力和烟煤无烟煤混合喷吹的条件。
With the modification and capacity expansion of BF and raising oxygen blasting and temperature of the blast air, the capacity of the coal injection can't meet the needs of production. The double series of technical modification on the current coal injection system is carried out from 2004 and update the coal injection technology with coal ratio of 155 kg /T.Fe, and pocesses the capacity of 200 kg/T.Fe injection and the mixed injection of soft coal and anthracite.
