摘要
目的:了解万古霉素在儿科的应用情况,以促进在儿科病人中更合理的使用万古霉素。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,调查2003年儿科住院患者应用万古霉素类的治疗过程。结果:万古霉素治疗有效率60.0%,平均用药时间6.6 d,药物利用指数DUI<1。结论:严格适应证,减少经验用药,采取特殊药物使用限制措施,有助于提高万古霉素类的治疗效果及合理用药水平。
Objective： To investigate the using situation of vancomycins in pediatrics and promote the reasonable use of the drug. Methods： A retrospective survey was applied in pediatric in-patients using vancomvcins to study the therapeutic process of the drug. Resuits： The efficacious rate of the drug was 60.0%, and the mean drug-using day was 6.6 days with the DUI less than 1. Conclusion： Some measures should be taken： limiting the use of vancomycins, restricting the applicable scope of the drug, and reducing the drug use based on experience in order to advance the reasonable use of the drug and improving its therapeutic effect.
