摘要
目的:比较炎琥宁、干扰素、干扰素加贝复济治疗疱疹性咽颊炎三种方法的疗效,并验证贝复济佐治的临床价值。方法:将130例患儿随机分为3组,炎琥宁组予炎琥宁5￣10 mg/(kg.d)静滴,干扰素组予1αb型干扰素100万U肌注,均1次/d;干扰素+贝复济组在应用干扰素的基础上,加用贝复济咽颊部局部喷涂,2￣3次/d。三组均予补液、高热时退热处理,记录患儿退热及疱疹消退时间,疗程3￣5 d。结果:干扰素组和干扰素加贝复济组退热及疱疹消退时间均明显短于炎琥宁组,且干扰素加贝复济组疗效更佳,具有显著性差异。结论:三种治疗方法中干扰素作用明显优于炎琥宁,加用贝复济使这种效果更加显著。贝复济安全有效,是目前对疱疹性咽颊炎比较理想的的佐治药物。
Objective： To study the therapeutic effects of three different methods for herpangina, and evaluating the curative effect of Rb-bFGF （recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor）, Methods： 130 patients with herpangina were divided into three groups randomly. Group A were treated with andrographis paniculata nees. Groups B were treated with interferon, and group C received treatment with Rb-bFGF in addition to what groups B used. Results： The duration of the symptoms of Group B and C, including fever, herpes, were shorter than those of group A, and more remarkable diffel＇ence was observed in group C. The data showed statistic difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of interferon and Rb-bFGF is the best therapeutic method of the three in the observation, which shows the Rb-bFGF is safe and effective for herpangina.
