摘要
《普通高等学校学生管理规定》对可能涉及到的学生的基本权利、学校管理权限等方面内容都予以科学界定,构建了学生权益救济制度,以维护在校生的合法权益,突出学生的权利主体地位。同时也赋予高校以教学管理自主权为核心的多项自主权,促使高校管理走向规范化和人性化。
＂Rules of Student Management in Higher Education Institutions＂ give scientific definitions of basic student rights and the scope of school management rights, establishing a helping system for student rights, in order to protect the students＇ legal fights, highlighting the position of the student as subject. Meanwhile universities are given several autonomous rights, the central one of which is the autonomous rights of education administration.
