摘要
为了对曲面零件的加工精度进行高精度检测,提出一种形状公差评定的新方法———基于CAD模型的NURBS形状公差评定。实现了各种标准解析曲面和自由曲面形状加工精度统一地高精度检测。采用NURBS统一的表达式精确地表示各种标准解析曲面和自由曲面;利用NURBS统一的表达式研究CMM测量点云和名义CAD模型统一的最佳匹配算法;比较测量点云和名义CAD模型的法向偏移量即曲面形状误差,且用图形直观显示。最后进行计算机仿真实验,实例验证算法可行性。
In order to make precise measurements of the processed parts containing free and standard analytical surfaces, a new method of tolerance evaluation is prescnted, which realizes the general evaluation of various standard analytical and free-form surfaces by NURBS. NURBS is used to represent general description of various standard geometrical and free-form surfaces and to develop general best-fit algorithm for CMM points to be measured. Finally, deviation of normal direction is made by comparing points measured with CAD model. Computer simulations are performed on different form features to study the robustness and efficiency of the algorithm. , which proves to be efficient and effective.
