摘要
磁化水喷浇食用能获得高产，这是磁生物技术在食用菌栽培中应用的新成果。实验表明：用磁化水拌料＋菇期喷浇磁化水的方法最好，它可使食用菌增产１０～５％；磁化水能使脂酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶等酶的活性增加，加速了纤维素、脂肪、淀粉等养分的分解，并提高这些养分的利用率，达到增产的效果，这是食用菌喷施磁化水获得增产的主要原因。本文还阐述了食用菌增产器的应用。
The edible fungi sprinkled by magnetized water can obtain high yield.It is a new result ofthe technique of biomagnetism in planting edible fungi.The result of the experiment showed that the bestmethod is using magnetized water in mixing raw material and during growth of edible fungi,and the outputof edible fungi increased about l0～50 percent.The increasing mechanism of edible fungi is the increase of the vitality of cellulase,Esterase and amvlase.
