摘要
利用灰关联分析方法对影响醋糟栽培平菇产量的主要因子进行研究。结果表明:播种量是主要因素,麸皮量和石灰粉含量次之,尿素含量对平菇产量无显著影响。并且研究出适宜的醋糟平菇栽培原料配方。
Using the method of relational analysis in grey system theory,we study the primary factors that influ-ence yield of vinegar-waste Pleurotus ostreatus.The results indicate that the spown quantity is a primary factor, the composition of bran and lime take second place,the carbamide content has no marked influence.On the basis of above,we study out a suitable composition of culture material, that is; 80%of vinegar-waste and 20%of bran,add l%of phospbate fertilizer,2%of gypsum powder and 3%of lime powder,the spown quantity is 20%.
