摘要
本文介绍了电工用稀土铜母线的主要生产工艺,分析了稀土在电工用铜母线生产中的作用。生产实践表明,稀土具有良好的净化熔体、细化晶粒及杂质相变质作用。当 Ce 加人量为0.06%时,铜母线成品的硬度(HB)及导电率分别比国家标准值提高23%、1.5%,可满足大多数场合的使用要求。
The main production processes of rare earth copper bus bar for electrical purpose are recommended and the role of rare earths in the production of copper bus bar is analyzed in this paper. It is found that rare earths have good effects on melt purification, grain refinement and impurity phase modification. The ball hardness and electric conductivity of copper bus bar with 0.06% Ce addition are increased by 23% and 1 .5% respectively compared to the national standard. The products can satisfy with lots of application occasions.
