摘要
运用系统分析的方法,提出了一个旱涝碱综合治理的优化模型,模型建立时,考虑了各种水源的来水状况,以节水节能为原则,在满足各项约束的条件下,合理地分配各种水源的水量以达到合理利用水资源,有效地控制地下水位,改良盐碱地和除涝的目的。
An optimization model for comprehensive improvement of droughts, waterlogging and salinization is presented by using of system analysis in this paper. The various water resources are considered in the model constitution. The water quantity of various water resources are allocated reasonablly on the basis of water and energy saving and subject to constraints for reaching to the purposes of reasonablly utilization of water resources, effectively control of groundwater table, improving saline land and waterlogging control.
