摘要
针对中国石化北京燕化石油化工股份有限公司化工一厂动力车间中压炉4#给水泵平衡盘出现磨损的问题,对轴向力进行了分析,找出平衡盘磨损故障的原因,并对平衡盘进行改进、实施,运行周期由改造前的1500h增加到目前的8000h,取得了良好的使用效果。
Aiming at balance disk wear of No.4 boiler feeding water pump at power workshop of Chemical Works No.1 of Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Co., Ltd., SINOPEC, axial force was analyzed, the wear reason of balance disk was found and improving design for balance disk was carried out, running period reached to 8 000 h from 1 500 h after improving.
