新制度经济学的基本理论包括交易费用理论、企业理论、产权理论和制度变迁理论。新制度经济学的理论范式以交易成本论为基础,注重制度和经济增长的研究。中国经济学要想有所突破,新制度经济学和发展经济学是必然的选择。
The fundamental theories of the new system economics include the trade cost theory, the enterprise theory, the property right theory and the system transition theory. The theoretical models of the new system economics, which are based on the trade cost theory, lay stress on the researches of the system and the economic growth. If Chinese economics wants to make some breakthroughs, the new system economics and the development economics will be the inevitable selection.
