摘要
太极拳是祖先在长期生活实践中创造和逐步发展起来的拳术,它具有祛病强身,延年益寿的保健功能。文章从太极拳保健理论的基础,太极拳保健的机理及太极拳演练的要点等方面进行了深入的探讨。
Taiji was created and has gradually developed in the ancestors' living practice and it has the functions of dispelling diseases, strengthening health and helping to live long. This paper thoroughly discusses the basis of Taiji theory, the its principle of health caring and the essentials of exercising it.
