摘要
多通道低感火花隙开关ＬＩＳ用于高效Ｂｌｕｍｌｅｉｎ氮激光器。工作电压范围在５～２３ｋＶ可调。极间距离ｄ＝８ｍｍ，－Ｖ０／＋Ｖｔ（μｓ）时，为单通道运行，开关电感Ｌｓ≈１１５ｎＨ；－Ｖ０／＋Ｖｔ（μｓ）时为多通道运行，最小电感Ｌｍｉｎ≈７ｎＨ，开关重复频率ｆ＝２０Ｈｚ。工作稳定、可靠、寿命很长，能使Ｂｌｕｍｌｅｉｎ氮激光器的效率提高数倍。
