摘要
简要介绍PSW轧机的结构和工作原理,分析轧机的轧制速度和影响轧机轧制效率的因素。通过加大送进角,采用大送进角轧制的方法,可以有效地提高PSW轧机的轧制效率。
The paper briefly introduces the structure and work principle of the PSW rolling mill, and analyses the rolling velocity and the factors of affecting the rolling efficiency. It could availably improve the rolling efficiency of the PSW rolling mill by increasing feeding angle and using larger feeding angle rolling.
