摘要
着重介绍了3S技术(指遥感系统(RS),地理信息系统技术(G IS)和全球定位系统(GPS))在环境信息系统中应用的情况,以贵州省都匀资源生态环境信息系统的设计和开发为例,详细描述了综合利用“3S”技术、多媒体以及虚拟仿真、专家系统技术,根据区域资源生态环境的特点,运用近期分辨率较高的卫星遥感资料,以资源、生态环境及相关经济社会资料,建立县、乡、分级管理的智能化、高精确度、动态更新的县级资源生态环境信息系统的整个过程。
With the example of environmental information system of Duyun city, the paper introduces the application of “3S” technology in the field of environmental information system. By using “3S” technology, multimedia and virtual reality, expert information and recent remote data, the system is achieved, according to characteristics of regional resource environment. It also describes particularly the whole process of system building.
